How a users receive medications :
-The user has to upload the prescription (Given by a registered Doctor) on the App.
Once we receive the prescription on the backend our support team takes it to our Medicine Supply Vendor (A Registered Pharmacy Shop).The Pharmacy shop confirms the prescription and we make a call to the USER again to confirm.
Once we are satisfied our delivery team supplies the medicine.
Who is providing medications :
-A registered Pharmacy shop who we have tied up with to cater to our User medical requirements.
How a users obtain prescriptions :
- The user obtains their prescription by registered Doctors.In no way, our App or organization provide any kind of prescription.The prescription is given by the registered Doctor of the city.
Who is validating the prescriptions :
- The validation of the Prescription is a Manual process.Done by Authorized pharmacy who we have tied up with.
How a users pay :
